The Brief
Demolition of a mews house and rebuild with three basement levels, including family areas and swimming pool. The house was designed for re-sale and the brief required the incorporation of the latest technology and demotics for the house to be fully automated
What We Did
JLE Studio obtained permission to redevelop a vacant site to create a new, single-family house with seven storeys – four above ground and three below. Introduced technological elements that the client wanted. E.g., the swimming pool had a floor that could be raised to create a large entertaining space, the garage had car lift.
