Drawing on years of experience, JLE Studio has worked on projects both within and outside London to achieve planning permission and listed building consent. Planning permission is the legal process of determining whether proposed developments should be permitted and when changes to a building fall outside permitted development rights. Architectural concept design and feasibility analysis are key stages of a project. For every project, JLE Studio will investigate the potential of each site/building to discuss the aims and objectives.

We compile tender packages to assist contractors during the tender process. We prepare the construction drawings, scheme and full technical drawings and specs. The tender is the selection process which determines which main contractor will undertake the construction phase of a project.

Our interior design arm, Pero Designs Ltd, can provide a full interior design service, enabling us to support you with this element of your project, providing as much or as little support as you require. We determine space requirements and select essential and decorative items, as well as design spaces that are functional, safe and beautiful.

We act as lead consultant and contract administrator throughout the construction phase and will make regular site inspections to ensure contractors and subcontractors are building faithfully to plan. We will always advocate for our client regarding time, costs and quality control during construction.
