The Brief
To create an upmarket atelier men’s shoe shop from an empty shop unit, making maximum use of the space available. The brief was to create something new and vibrant to prevent the shop from becoming yet another traditional outlet unit with floor to ceiling shoe boxes.
What We Did
The finished shop was a luxury shoe store with the general air of a gentleman’s club lounge. The new staircase increased the light in the space and gave an element of modernity to the traditional décor. We designed the complete scheme and fit out, including bespoke joinery and furniture. We also created a new metal and glass staircase between the ground and basement levels
